Can I pay over the phone?

Phone orders are accepted Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, 10am-6pm, Eastern standard time.   Call our office at 360-694-5202 or Toll-Free 1-877-268-7117.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Can I pay by check?

Yes.  Please click the check order form link and follow the instructions.

Can I get a sample?

Yes. You can order a sample via the website.  Please click our sample magnet order form to purchase our sample pack.  The sample pack costs $2.00 and is mailed within 4-7 business days via the US Postal Service.  No tracking number will be provided and sample magnets are not personalized.  There are no shipping charges for our sample packs.

How much are the magnets?

How big / thick are the magnets?

The magnets are business card size which is 2 by 3.5 inches.  They are 14-16 mil thick which is slightly heavier than a typical business card and they are flexible but not flimsy.  The magnets are designed to stick well to surfaces such as a refrigerator for many years but they are not designed to hold up extra pieces of paper.   Our magnets are printed on a glossy, high-resolution paper that is durable and doesn't fade or peel.  They are not laminated.  Our magnets are also assembled and ready to stick to a refrigerator.  We currently do not offer any other sizes.

Are the magnets assembled?

Yes.  Our magnets ARE assembled and ready to stick to a magnetic surface.

Can you customize a design?

We are more than happy to make wording changes on our magnets.  If you would like to make a "Save the Date" magnet for a birthday, anniversary, family reunion, bat mitzvah, etc. you simply need to write your wording changes in the "Special Instructions" box on the order form.  Please be as detailed as possible and write instructions for each line of text.  There is no limit to the number of additional lines that can be added but more text will result in smaller font sizes.   We do not charge extra for additional text.

How do I choose a photo?

Please see our design specification page for more information about submitting a photo.  Please do not submit a thumbnail image because it will become pixelated when it is expanded to fit the size of the magnet and won't print well.

Will I get a proof?

Yes.   All magnet orders will receive a proof via e-mail  in 3-4 business days and the order will not be printed until we receive an approval from you.  We do not e-mail proofs without prior purchase and your credit card will be billed when you submit the order.  Please do not send photos or artwork unless you have first submitted an order.

What if I don't like my proof?

We will gladly make changes to your proof so that you can have a style that is perfect for your occasion.  Your order will not be printed until you have approved the design.   We also offer a 100% proof guarantee that states that we will refund 100% of your order if we are unable to create a proof that meets your satisfaction.  Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been approved and printed.

How long will it take to receive my order?  Please note:  A business day is Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

International Orders

Shipping averages 4 days to 3 weeks.  Exact shipping times cannot be determined on international orders.

Please note that shipment estimates may arrive slightly sooner or later than described above.  We make every effort to get your proof and order to you quickly.  Requested proof changes typically take 2-3 business days for an updated proof to be e-mailed.

Can I check on the status of my order?

If your order has not been received within 3 weeks, please send an e-mail to:  admin@newandblue.com.  Please provide the name of the person who submitted the order and we will respond immediately.  Unfortunately, status cannot be checked via phone.  You should receive an e-mail with tracking information so please check your e-mail account first.

Do the magnets come with envelopes or magnet holders?

We offer several magnet holder choices and envelopes that may be purchased.  Click here for details.

Can I change the wording on the magnet?

Yes.  Wording changes can be made via the website.  There is a space on the order form where changes can be made.  Text can also be added and deleted.  Please write your instructions in the box provided and be as detailed as possible. 

Can I send more than one photo or have more than one design printed?

No.  Due to the large amount of time required to design proofs we do not allow more than one photo per order.  We also do not allow orders to be split into different designs.  We will split orders that are greater than 100 magnets if you would like to make a small change such as having half the order printed in English and half printed in Spanish or some other similar variation.  If you have a specific question, please e-mail us at admin@newandblue.com.  

Can I change the font style?

Yes.  We have a large selection of fonts available.  If you would like to change the font please write your instructions in the "Special Instructions" box on the order form.  We currently do not have a catalog of fonts available so we suggest that you provide the name of a font style you like from your word processing program or you can visit a free website like www.1001fonts.com for ideas.

Can I change the color of the design or text?

Yes.  You can change the color of our magnets.  Simply write detailed instructions in the "Special Instructions" space on the order form.  Please be as detailed as possible with your description.

Can I change the color of the paper?

No.  We currently only offer our magnet paper in white.  All magnets will have a small white border surrounding the design and the border color cannot be changed.

Will the magnet color print exactly as it shows?

Yes and No.  Due to the wide variance of monitor brands and settings we cannot guarantee that a magnet will print in exactly the same color that you see on your monitor.

What kind of printing is used?

All of our magnets are processed with flat printing and they are on printed on high quality, glossy, scratch resistant paper.  The magnets are not waterproof but they do have a high resolution coating that will keep them from peeling & fading.  Our magnets also come pre-assembled and ready to ship. 

How much postage will it cost to mail your save-the-date-magnets?

Our magnets can be mailed with a standard $.39 stamp.

Do you work with wholesalers?

No.  Not at this time.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Due to the customized nature of our magnets we do not offer a money back guarantee.  We will immediately replace any order that was printed incorrectly by our staff.  We will also replace any magnets that sustained damage during the shipment process.  We make every effort to accurately describe the size and quality of our magnets so please order a sample if you would like to see an actual magnet.  Also, please note that we will not reprint orders that were submitted  with spelling errors, incorrect dates, etc.  If you are concerned about an order being printed with incorrect information please examine your proof carefully.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Great Britain & No. Ireland including England, Scotland, Wales, Guernsey, Jersey, The Isle of Man, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France including Corsica & Monaco, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, Chile, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Czech Rep., Dominican Rep., Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Jamaica, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Saint Lucia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands & Vietnam.  We ship via Global Priority Mail and the cost is $16.00 USD.  All international shipments can be made via the order form but please note that international shipments will not receive an e-mail tracking number.
